【摘 要】 目的：针对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床特点及诊断进行探究。方法：选择医院在2018年9月至2019年9月收治的60例小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者为研究对象，在病症确诊后对患者实施治疗，观察临床特点以及治疗效果。結果：咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的临床特点主要为咳嗽，凌晨、深夜有剧烈咳嗽，受凉、运动后、吸入刺激性气味后咳嗽会加重。60例患儿的治疗有效率为96.67%。结论：为了患儿尽早地恢复，需要及时进行咳嗽变异性哮喘的诊断，尽早掌握其临床特点并实施治疗。
