【摘 要】目的：探讨宫内节育器的位置对避孕效果的影响。方法：对2008年7月至2009年5月来我站进行健康查体且采用宫内节育器避孕的9800例育龄妇女的避孕效果进行分析。结果：9800例采用宫内节育器避孕者节育器位置正常为9568例，占97.63%，其中带器妊娠2例，占0.02%。节育器下移142例，占1.45%，带器妊娠4例，占2.82%。90例宫腔内未见节育器强回声，脱落率占0.92%。结论：宫内节育器在宫腔中的位置与意外妊娠的发生关系密切。为减少意外妊娠的发生应定期B超检测宫内节育器的位置，尤其应在宫内节育器放置后第一、三、六个月按时做B超检查。
