对跟骨骨折患者进行优质护理效果观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨跟骨骨折患者应用优质护理的效果。方法：研究主体为94例跟骨骨折患者，接收的时间为2018年7月-2019年12月。以电脑随机分组法，将研究主体分为常规组与研究组并进行比较观察，其中常规组47例行常规化护理配合，研究组47例行优质护理配合。结果：研究组治护优良率高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组护理后VAS疼痛评分低于常规组、护理满意度评分高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率少于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：通过优质护理，能够进一步减轻跟骨骨折患者疼痛感，减少不良反应，提高其护理效果及满意度，这对于患者疾病转归具有十分重大的现实意义。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of applying quality nursing for patients with calcaneal fractures. Method： The study subjects were 94 patients with calcaneal fractures， and the acceptance period was from July 2018 to December 2019. Using computer random grouping method， the study subjects were divided into a conventional group and a research group for comparison and observation. Among them， 47 patients in the conventional group received routine nursing assistance and 47 patients in the study group received quality nursing assistance. Result： The excellent treatment-nursing rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group (P<0.05). The VAS pain score of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group， and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion： Through quality nursing， it can further reduce the pain and reduce the adverse reactions of patients with calcaneal fractures， and improve their nursing effect and satisfaction， which is of great practical significance for the disease outcome of patients.

跟骨處于足部，由松质骨组成，被一层薄的骨皮质包裹，结构为不规则的长方形，血供十分丰富[1-2]。若是跟骨发生骨折之后，治疗不及时或足部复位欠佳，极易引起严重的后遗症，比如跟骨负重剧痛、创伤性关节炎等[3]。手术能够有效治疗跟骨骨折[4]。临床实践发现，为促使跟骨骨折患者快速恢复，并巩固手术疗效，让患者有效、安全地度过围术期，需辅以科学合理、高效优质的护理措施[5]。鉴于此，本文特以94例跟骨骨折患者作为研究主体，重点探讨优质护理的配合，以供临床有效参考。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
此次研究以94例跟骨骨折患者作为观察主体，研究时间段为2018年7月-2019年12月。通过CT或者是X线检查，确定跟骨骨折。排除精神异常、难以正常交流、依从性欠佳、临床资料不全的患者。以电脑随机分组法，将研究主体分为常规组与研究组，每组47例。研究组包括男25例和女22例，年龄19～75岁，平均(45.6±2.6)岁;骨折到入院诊治时间45 min～7 h，平均(2.5±0.6)h;24例左脚骨折，23例右脚骨折;车伤18例，坠伤12例，砸伤10例，其他伤7例。常规组包括男26例和女21例，年龄20～77岁，平均(45.9±2.7)岁;骨折到入院诊治时间40 min～7 h，平均(2.7±0.8)h;27例左脚骨折，20例右脚骨折;车伤19例，坠伤11例，砸伤11例，其他伤6例。两组临床资料比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，均衡性、一致性良好，可用于分组对比。患者知情同意且本研究通过医学伦理委员会审查。, http://www.100md.com(田小银 郑礼帆 甘海波)
