益气健脾汤联合针刺治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床研究(1)
【摘要】 目的：研究益氣健脾汤联合针刺治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的效果。方法：选取2017年8月1日-2019年7月31日笔者所在医院150例CAG患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为西药对照组、针刺对照组、观察组，各50例。西药对照组仅给予常规西药治疗，针刺对照组在西药对照组基础上给予针刺，观察组在针刺对照组基础上给予益气健脾汤，三组均治疗4周。治疗4周后，比较三组中医症状(胃痛、胃胀、灼热或烧心、嘈杂)积分、Hp根除率、治疗效果及治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果：治疗4周后，观察组各项中医症状积分均低于针刺对照组及西药对照组，且针刺对照组各项中医症状积分均低于西药对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后，观察组Hp根除率、总有效率均明显高于西药对照组及针刺对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。针刺对照组与西药对照组Hp根除率、总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周内，三组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：在常规西药治疗基础上采用益气健脾汤联合针刺治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果更好，能有效缓解临床症状，利于患者预后。

[Abstract] Objective： To study the effect of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with acupuncture on chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG). Method： From August 1， 2017 to July 31， 2019， 150 patients with CAG in our hospital were selected as the study objects. According to the random number table method， they were divided into the western medicine control group， the acupuncture control group and the observation group， 50 cases in each group. The western medicine control group was only given conventional western medicine treatment， the acupuncture control group was given acupuncture treatment on the basis of the western medicine control group， and the observation group was given Yiqi Jianpi Decoction on the basis of the acupuncture control group， each of which was treated for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks of treatment， the scores of TCM symptoms (stomachache， flatulence， heartburn， noise)， eradication rate of Hp， treatment effect and adverse reactions during the treatment among the three groups were compared. Result： After 4 weeks of treatment， the scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were lower than those of the acupuncture control group and the western medicine control group， and the scores of TCM symptoms in the acupuncture control group were lower than those of the western medicine control group， and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment， the eradication rate of Hp and total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the western medicine control group and the acupuncture control group， and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The eradication rate of Hp and total effective rate were compared between the acupuncture control group and the western medicine control group， and the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Within 4 weeks of treatment， the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups were compared， and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion： On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment， Yiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with acupuncture is effective in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis， which can effectively relief clinical symptoms and benefit the prognosis of the patients., 百拇医药(高俊红)
