【摘要】 目的：探析将精细化护理联合心理护理干预应用于中晚期异常妊娠引产患者中的效果和临床价值。方法：将笔者所在医院2017年7月-2018年7月收治的70例中晚期异常妊娠引产患者作为此次研究对象。采用随机数字表法分成试验组35例与参照组35例。参照组接受常规护理，试验组接受精细化护理联合心理护理。比较两组心理状态、依从性、护理满意度。结果：护理后，试验组SAS和SDS评分均低于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度和总依从率均高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论：精细化护理联合心理护理干预在中晚期异常妊娠引产患者中的应用效果显著，值得推广。
