4例肾上皮样血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的诊断与治疗(2)
肾上皮样AML临床少见，具有恶性潜能，好发于结节性硬化症患者。影像学及组织学检查常缺乏特异性表现，免疫组化有助于鉴别诊断。诊断恶性上皮样AML需慎重，p53及Ki67有助于判断肿瘤良恶性。局灶性肾上皮样AML术后宜严密随访。转移性上皮样AML可采用化疗，远期疗效尚有待评估。
