【摘要】 为了进一步规范、统一外科手消毒操作与监督管理，对2013年3-4月笔者所在医院外科手消毒规范执行现状进行调查，将执行过程中存在问题进行汇总、分析，制定相应管理对策，发现笔者所在医院外科手消毒存在一定不规范。医院感染管理科通过开展外科手消毒活动，外科手消毒的全员培训工作，提高手术科室外科手消毒的质量，保障了患者医疗安全。
