【摘要】目的总结法洛氏四联症患者21例的诊治经验。方法回顾分析2005年7月～2010年12月笔者所在医院收治的法洛氏四联症行一期根治术的21例患者的临床资料。所有病例均行右心房+右心室流出道切口,加宽右室流出道,补片闭合室间隔缺损,合并畸形者行同期整形手术。结果近期死亡1例，死因为术后低心排综合征，其余患者的情况良好，术后的心功能明显要优于术前。结论对法洛氏四联症患者行一期根治术可以有效的缓解患者的症状，减少对身体的损害，增加患者的预期寿命。
