先天性胆总管囊肿外科治疗41例分析
【摘要】 目的 总结先天性胆总管囊肿的治疗体会。方法 对我院1998~2010年实施手术治疗的41例胆总管囊肿的临床资料进行回顾分析。 结果 本组无死亡病例，术后胆漏1例，均痊愈。随访1~12年，无胆管狭窄及胆管癌表现。 结论 胆总管囊肿的外科治疗是切除囊肿壁和胆道重建，胆道重建首选胆管空肠Roux-Y吻合。【关键词】 胆总管囊肿;囊肿切除;胆管空肠Roux-Y吻合
Surgery for congenital choledochal cyst in 41 patients

【Abstract】 Objective
Summary of treatment of congenital choledochal cyst. Methods 41 patients with choledochal cyst from 1998 to 2010 in hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results No deaths in this group, bile leakage in 1 case were cured. Follow-up of 1 to 12 years, no bile duct stricture and bile duct in this group. Conclusion Surgical treatment of choledochal cyst is to remove the cyst wall and biliary reconstruction, biliary reconstruction preferred jejunal Roux-Y anastomosis bile duct.
