【摘要】 目的 探讨锁骨下静脉穿刺术的技术操作及其在急诊抢救中的临床应用价值。方法 应用锁骨下静脉穿刺术,通过顺利的床边穿刺置管而补液、监测导管、置入起搏电极等而进行重要的急诊抢救诊疗技术。 结果 完成380例锁骨下静脉穿刺术并成功应用于留置导管补液、监测(CVP)及紧急床边心内膜起搏。结论 此方法临床应用比较成熟,虽有一定的技术要求,但只要操作得当、快捷、安全临床应用广泛,效果良好,并发症少。
