苍附导痰丸对多囊卵巢综合征妊娠结局的影响及部分机制研究(1)
摘要 目的：探讨苍附导痰丸对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)妊娠结局影响。方法：选取2018年1月至2019年1月深圳市中医院收治的PCOS患者112例进行回顾性分析，按照就诊顺序分为对照组和观察组，每组56例。对照组常规西医治疗，观察组辅助苍附导痰丸，均治疗3个月，观察2组患者治疗前后性激素、子宫动脉流速、子宫内膜厚度、卵巢体积、临床症状积分变化，并评估妊娠结局。结果：1)治疗后2组患者卵泡刺激素(FSH)、总睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、LH/FSH较治疗前下降(P<0.05)，但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗前后催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2)治疗后2组患者阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)、卵泡数目、双侧卵巢体积较治疗前下降，收缩期峰值速、平均流速、主卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度升高(P<0.05)，观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。3)观察组子宫内膜A型比率、妊娠率、临床妊娠率、临床症状改善程度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：苍附导痰丸可改善多囊卵巢妊娠结局和临床症状。

Abstract Objective：To investigate the effect of Cangfu Daotan pill on pregnancy outcome of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Methods：A total of 112 patients with PCOS admitted by Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into control group (n=56) and observation group (n=56).The control group was treated with routine western medicine and the observation group was treated with Cangfu Daotan pill，both for 3 months.The changes of sex hormone，uterine artery flow rate，endometrial thickness，ovarian volume and clinical symptom scores were observed before and after treatment，and the pregnancy outcome was evaluated.Results：1)After treatment，follicle stimulating hormone (FSH)，total testosterone (T)，luteinizing hormone (LH) and LH/FSH decreased in the two groups compared with before treatment，but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in prolactin (PRL) and estradiol (E2) before and after treatment.2)After treatment，the resistance index (RI)，pulsatility index (PI)，the number of follicles and the volume of bilateral ovaries in the two groups decreased compared with before treatment，the systolic peak velocity，mean flow velocity，diameter of main follicles and endometrial thickness increased(P<0.05) and the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).3)The rate of endometrial type A，pregnancy rate，clinical pregnancy rate and improvement of clinical symptoms in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion：Cangfu Daotan pill can improve the pregnancy outcome and clinical symptoms of polycystic ovary.
