【摘要】 目的 进一步探讨老年性痴呆症的发病机理，确定该家系遗传方式，为今后基因研究与治疗打下基础。方法 采用家系调查与系谱分析以及临床分析方法。结果 根据系谱分析表明本病在该家系里为常染色体显性方式遗传，临床症状与典型Alzheimer病症状。结论 本家系老年性痴呆症属于常染色体显性遗传，并已传3代，家系大，有利于进一步基因研究。

    【Abstract】 Objective It is more make sure that to further explore of dementia disease of pathogeness and the disease of heredity way.In order to base on gene diagnosis and treatment.Methods It adopt the genealogy look into and assay along with clinical check over methodology.Results It terms of genealogy assay that manifestation the disˉease is heredity way of euchromosome.The clinical symptom aggravate year after year.Conclusion The genealogy have passed there generations and even incidence of a disease rather high that it is propotions to disquisition gene.
